Unlike Tai Chi or other more modern or Westernised forms of Qi Gong, the classes are focussed on feeling and cultivating our own 'Qi', without the distraction of learning lots of complicated moves, and our students tell us that our classes offer a unique meditative experience unlike anything they have tried before!
Our sessions are enriched with the traditional Chinese wisdom and teachings of our Taoist Master David James Lees, who provides one-to-one Qi Gong tuition for all students.
With no Western style student grading systems, you can learn at your own pace, in a non- judgemental, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
