Our unique service means we are able to provide our clients with their own 'Personalised Guided Meditation CD' as an integrated part of their treatment sessions with David.
David uses his counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching skills to work with you to develop your own meditation script, which he will then read and record for you. Because the script of a guided meditation CD is created with your input and is focused on your particular needs, it is absolutely individual to you - this is what makes it so powerful!
Your guided meditation, which is accompanied by our beautiful meditation music, will help you to relax and slow your mind, rest and rebalance your body, and reconnect to your authentic self.
You can listen to your unique meditation CD at any time, and as often as you need to, to inspire and uplift you, keep you on track, and boost progress on your journey to optimum health and wellbeing. Your personalised CD will also serve as an invaluable ‘top up’ to your one-to-one sessions with David, as well as a lasting record of your work together.
