Introduction to Qi Gong Healing

This workshop provides an introduction to the ancient traditional Chinese medicine practice of Qi Gong healing, which is less well known in the UK than Reiki healing but the effects of this gentle form of healing are just as powerful. Qi Gong healing, or 'Medical Qi Gong', is an integral part of the practice of Qi Gong, and is practiced in many hospitals and clinics in China as a recognised form of therapeutic healing. Qi Gong healing can benefit everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. It can help reduce pain by clearing physical or emotional blockages, and can speed up the healing process of many physical conditions. Topics covered in this workshop include: - How to prepare for giving and receiving healing - An introduction to Chinese pulse taking diagnosis - The theory and practice of different methods of Qi Gong healing This workshop is led by David James Lees, an ordained Taoist Master, certified Qi Gong instructor and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. David has practiced Qi Gong healing for over 30 years and uses it on a daily basis as powerful part of his treatment of private clients. Beginners and improvers are welcome and one-to-one, guided supervision is provided for all participants.
