Class Timetable
We hold Classical Qi Gong meditation classes throughout the week at Peak House Practice. Everyone is welcome - the inquisitive, beginners and more advanced students. Just come along and try one of our friendly sessions and refresh your mind, body and spirit!
Each class lasts 1.5 hours and includes:
* Introductory teaching and opening guided meditation
* 'Eight Silken Brocade' warm up exercises
* ' Zhan Zhuang' Qi Gong stances (inc. Taoist sounds)
* Discussion, refreshments and closing meditation
Classes are charged at £5.00 per session on a flexible 'pay as you go' basis. We have a maximum of 9 spaces per class to ensure everyone gets 1-2-1 tuition if they need it.
Our daytime classes are often held outdoors in our wonderful Derbyshire surroundings if the weather is fine (i.e. if not too cold or raining), and our evening classes are held indoors in our beautiful meditation room.
